Proprietary MauiGradient Lenses: MauiGradient features a darker coating at the top that gradually gets lighter moving down the lens. So an appropriate amount of light is allowed to filter through certain areas, while less in places where protection is paramount. AWESOME glasses!

I ordered these from the website without ever trying them on, they are my favorite sunglasses I've owned to date including every major polarized brand. I always loved Maui Jim's, but these take the cake. I had no idea what to expect, they are incredibly comfy and great for active people on the water. I seriously couldn't be more pleased. I have a medium sized face, not tiny and they fit just great. I also have received many compliments on how great they look. Way to go Maui Jim I absolutely adore these specs!!!

Durability Fit Value Style I am always in the sun and sweating in the heat - sunglasses get heavy or allow sun to creep in around the frames or cause reflection of your eyes on the back of the lens - these are PERFECT. No problems whatsoever. And, so lightweight - I never knew that was a feature I was looking for until now. and, yes, the size and the rounded shape is absolutely perfect for my smaller head. They fit in that space between my brow bone and my cheek bone just like they are supposed to. Pair number 4 of Maui Jim's, never buy anything else.

The perfect aviator for women with smaller faces.

Durability Fit Value Style Recently purchased a pair from the Sunglass Hut online store for a friend. She's had her other pair of MJ's for nine years and I decided to give her an upgrade. These are perfect for women with smaller, square, oval or diamond shaped faces (too small for medium round faces). She's normally a very picky person but she absolutely loved these. I bought them in gold with the HCL bronze lens because they'd look great with her blonde hair. The almond shaped lens and the thin but durable light-weight titanium frame make these both elegant and feminine. The gradient lenses are practical and fashionable: they allow you to read words on paper by looking through the lower portion of the lens and they make the wearer look mysterious and sexy. The best part is the smaller sized lenses don't make the wearer look like a giant bug. In sum, the Baby Beach is a contemporary take on the classic aviator style. They make a great gift and they'll never go out of style.
