This is my first MJ sunglasses and I am very pleased to have taken the plunge and spend the money for this. I have a flat nose bridge so finding sunglasses that will sit on my nose plus have a style that looks good on me is hard to come by. Once I put the Black Coral on, I knew I HAD to buy them. It fit PERFECT!! Only downside is that it is a little heavier than my Kaenon's but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I preferred the Black frame/Grey lens but LensCrafters only had the Bronze in stock. No biggie!! It just gives me more reasons to buy a 2nd pair in Black/Grey!!

I've been wearing MJ's Kahuna for the last 13 years, and loved them. I lost them recently and decided to try a new look. The Black Coral are more than satisfying. I have a larger head, more square than round, and they fit and look fantastic. The width is perfect and my face does not look "pinched" by the glasses. More importantly, they are a perfect and comfortable fit and weight. The lenses, per usual, are excellent and colors and contour of images are crystal clear. These sunglasses are excellent. If you think eye protection, clarity, fit, style, and value are important, you cannot go wrong.

Bought these as a back up when my Kahunas were being fixed. Broken lens, oh well they are glass after all. These are good for what they were purchased for but I would never wear them every day. Have been looking at a pair of Mavricks and I think they will be my next purchase. There is no substitute for quality and Maui Jim serves up quality like no other! They should come with a disclaimer, "CAUTION MAUI JIM'S MAY BE HABIT FORMING!"

I own a pair of Typhoons about 8 years old and recently dropped them . The frame cracked and so did my heart! Today I purchased the Black Corals and my heart is on the mend. Great sunglasses!! I will never buy anything but MJ's ever again in life. These are my third pair of MJ's in 15 years. Great value!!!

I'm a Maui Jim collector,also Ray Bans and Oakleys, I bought mine,the Matte Black/Neutral Grey at Solstice Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton Ca. and i think it's my 11th MJ (12th is the HCL Bronze). Because i got a large head, round face, this is the one that fits me most so far in the full metal frame series and i'm loving it.The only bad thing is the weight.

I was on vacation in Oahu and walked into a sunglasses store in a hotel and spotted these on the shelf. I have a pair of Ray-Bans that keep sliding down my nose so was looking for something different. I tried the Black Corals on and they fit great and looked good too. I tried others and also looked at some Oakleys. I kept going back to the Black Corals so pulled the trigger on them. I don't want to take them off.

My second pair of MJ's, and could not be more pleased with my Black Corals. I got them in the HCL Bronze. I like the 'heavy' feel, iit feels secure on my face and durable. My other pair is a Black w/ neutral grey Kahuna, which has a similarly 'heavy' feel. The quality is evident as soon as you put them on, and once you step outside into the sunlight the protection is evident immediately as well. I have very sensitive eyes, and feel these glasses are worth every penny.
I've purchased other 'quality' brand sunglasses but wish I could have that money back to credit towards another pair of MJ's.

My wife purchased these for Christmas last year 2011 right before we went to Mexico. They are the best sunglasses I have ever worn or tried on in my life.
I am extremely pleased with the durability of the glasses.
I have always purchased Ray-Ban’s in the past and they always break in the first year. (I am really tough on my sunglasses).
But my Black Coral’s have not bent on single bit.
I will always buy Maui Jim’s from now on.
