Featherweight and comfortable

My first MJ purchase.. It took me years to find a pair that would fit my Asian face. Most sunglasses I have tried on and bought gave me headaches over time, as the temple tips would go too far in due to my small nose/lack of a bridge. Right before giving up, I tried this last pair on, and I fell in love.
The Breakwall is very light compared to many, and the pads comfortably rest on my nose. It is not so light that a mere breeze will knock it off your face, but getting a strap wouldn't hurt either. The polarized lenses will be of good use next time my husband and I go ocean fishing with the kayaks. Anyhoo, I can't explain enough how happy I am with this purchase. 150 bucks very well spent for sure. Highly recommend it!(Posted on 11/28/12)

Awesome eyewear

I am outdoors 6 - 8 hours a day and drive my car a lot of that time. I also golf whenever I can. A couple of years ago I was having some irritation with my eyes and my optomerist told me to spend as much money as I could afford on sun glasses. In addition, I live in Canada and we are subject to a lot of snow and ice in the winter. I shopped a few of the eye glass speciality shops and for me, Maui Jim came out on top ever time. (even though they were nowhere close to the top of the price range) These super light weight glasses are second to none. I wear them all day and often forget they are on and I go indoors wearing them. I have 3 pair of Maui Jim's all with different colored lenses. II have recommended them to my friends and 5 of them are now wearing and swearing by Maui Jim's.

Great pair of Sunglass

I have owned this glass for a little while now and have been enjoying them for golfing, winter activities, and running because they are so light weight. I had the nose piece break on my but Maui Jims but customer serves let me mail them to be repaired for free and they include a new case. They were very understanding and helpful. I also want to thank Maui Jim for a great job on my repair and I wish you all a Merry Christmas as well, also a happy New Year. Thank you again

The Most Comfortable and Stylish Sunglasses

This is my second pair of Maui Jim sunglasses. I broke my first pair after having them for 4 years. I picked up this style and just love how lightweight they are and they look great on. Thanks for making such great sunglasses!! These are the only sunglasses I will ever buy. Thanks!!

These are extremely light weight. They improve my vision. I use them in many sports and outdoor activities. I have owned 4 pairs of Maui Jims sunglasses, and I've loved these the best. Unfortunately while on vacation at Disneyland the bridge snapped in half....very sad.

AWESOME except for frame....

Awesome pair of sunglasses - you hardly know they are on your face and the lens gives crystal-clear vision and clarity. The downside? All of the stress is placed on the nose bridge, and without warning the bridge cracks out of nowhere, leaving your beautiful shades in 2 unwearable pieces. I am careful with my glasses, and I LOVE Maui Jim for their (usually) excellent quality and clarity, but this time around they have failed me. The bridge should be made of more durable material. As a result, I can not recommend this model...sorry, MJ but I know you can (and usually do) do better!!! I have re-named this model "Break-Well". :o(
