These canoes are my second pair of Maui Jims and I will never buy anything else. These canoes are unbelievably crystal clear and they reduce glare to nothing. My eyese are extremely sensitive to light as such I were my sunglasses 365. Try a pick and you won't be sorry

Best sunglasses for driving and everyday events

I have bought at least 6 pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses over time. I first bought them for the excellent eye protection and contrast when driving but quickly started using them for everyday events.
Maui Jim makes the best sunglasses I have ever used, thus I only buy Maui Jim. Like they say "You get what you pay for"(Posted on 11/28/12)

Initially I was skeptical of investing in an expensive pair of sunglasses as I didn't believe a difference existed. I purchased the Canoes series of Maui Jim sunglasses last summer and I was completely wrong. The color is fantastic and the glasses have held up great. A year later, I still wear them daily when driving, running, biking, and even swimming. The polarized lenses work great when fishing or at the beach. Great sunglasses.

Bought these last year, superb anti-glare and had to have the lenses replaced due to arm design fault. The arms and the case cause scratching to the glass therefore suggest the arms are either made longer or the case given should accommodate for the shortness of the arm.

Canoes w/ HT lenses

I purchased the Canoes with the HT lenses last year for fishing. I cannot believe the clarity of these glasses. I use them for bass fishing and am amazed at all the things I can see under water that I could not see before. I highly recommend these glasses to anyone looking for a pair of fishing glasses that are unmatched. I have a friend that only buys a different high end pair of polarized glasses and after trying on my MJ's he could not believe how much more he could see underwater.
