I recently ordered the the Ho'okipia 807-1120 online, thinking the grey in the picture looked like a light -blue grey, but it is much darker, almost black. So while I am bit disappointed in the color, I love the glasses.

My wife & I were in Maui last week, and I had the pleasure of visiting the headquarters office for Maui Jim. The office staff was very professional, and helpful to me in my decision to purchase my Maui Jim readers. The Maui Jim readers are so very nice to have. Before I had the Maui Jim readers, I had my Maui Jim Ho'okipa sunglasses. Each time my cell phone would ring or I'd receive a text message, I'd have to take off my sunglasses and put on my reading glasses in order to see who was calling, or to read the text message. This was very annoying to me. From the first moment that I placed the Maui Jim readers onto my face, they have been incredible. I can sit in the sun and read a book, or text messages, and never have to put my reading glasses on. They are well worth the small investment for this king of luxury. Thank you Maui Jim!!!!!

I NEVER wore sunglasses before because anytime I tried some on, I would develop a headache within a minute or so. I even purchased prescription no line bi-focals with clip-ons (getting old, can't read the fine print). Same problem, plus the bi-focal aggravates me, so I don't wear them. I tried on some Maui Jim sunglasses at a store and liked the style, so I went on-line and purchased the MJ 807s. I figured since they're giving me a 30 day trial plus FREE shipping and return shipping, I've got nothing to lose. I LOVE THEM!!!! I have a perfect full view of everything around me. The +1.50 magnification is well placed and hardly noticable but there when I need it. They appear to look "dark" but don't darken my vision, even in low light conditions. Most importantly, NO HEADACHES!
I stay pretty active. The glasse are lightweight and hold well on my face, even while running. Now I can enjoy the great outdoors without squinting AND look good doing it. People at Maui Jim, you've found yourselves another " customer for life".

I have had my Maui Jims about two years and had to send them in for repair one time due to a severe accident. They are great "sun" glasses and even wonderful eye protection. I do not expect to get much feedback let alone a free pair based on this survey, however I will continue to be a loyal Maui Jim customer. We live at the beach and you can imagine the intensity and reflection we get from the water and so far my eyeware is the best one I have selected . I have the opportunity to purchase several brands esp. "Ocean Waves" since they are in our back door and I have found Maui's the best. Both my wife and I love our glasses and have made the Maui Jims our first go to pair. Hope this helps!

I work in the sports industry and have dealt with Oakley sunglasses given to me for free. I bought the Maui Jim on vacation in Arizona and I will never use another brand again. I have a larger than normal head, due to my ex- football size and they fit perfectly. Thank you, Thank you.

I got a pair of these while on a trip to Cabo in 2001. I still have the same pair to this date and use them nearly everyday. Unfortunately a little scratched and a busted nose peice but i can't put them down. They are the only glasses that I've owned that feel comfortable and fit perfectly. I managed to lose glasses every year but these have stayed with me all this time. When I save up the cash and give the wife a good excuse I'm coming after another pair. my husband and I go fishing in the summer and some times he spends alot of time untangling my line because I forgot my reading glasses well when my eye doctor mentioned these I was so excited I had to check them out and I am so very glad that I did they are best sunglasses I have ever had, the fit is prefect they are light weight and the crispness of color and detail are amazing.

I have worn Oakleys for 21 years until 2 months ago when I got a pair of these now I won't go back. My friend can't believe how good they are either.
keep it up Maui Jin and keep the eye on the ball for making great glasses, not fashion statements

I received my Ho'Okipa's as a Christmas gift and I'll never wear any other brand again. Not only is this the finest sunglass I have ever owned, the customer service exceeds even that of my expensive brand name Swiss watch maker (who pride themselves on luxury service). I sent my sunglasses to MJ for repair recently, and received them back within 2 weeks, completely repaired with new frames, polish cloth and carry case -- all for $10 p&h. Wow!!! I thought 2 weeks was quick, but they even apologized for summer delays! Maui Jim has earned a loyal customer for life!
