I just noticed that I had a little crack on one of my lens. Sent my Maui Jim KA'ANAPALI at the Ontario's office service repair and within 7 calendar days, imagine I rececived my new Sunglasses (Look's brand new to me)

These Sunglasses are so great for my eyes, lght, best quality material, and the design is gorgeous! I wear them all day long and never feel tired of having them on my nose.

I had the bronze pair and wear all the time, diving, flying, biking, skiing etc. for 7 years. They did brake when I dropped in purse instead of in case then sat on them but 7 yrs later. I have tried other brands without success and have come back to Maui Jim's. I did change to Honolua Bay, similar design with color.

I have always bought nice sunglasses and understand that you are usually getting what you pay for. This time I splurged and spent 2x more than I normally would to buy what I thought would be the best glasses on the market. I spent $260 at Sunglasshut and after 4 months the lenses have cracked on both sides of the nose piece and one of the ear pieces is loose. I handle them with kid gloves and disappointed is an understatement! I am going to send them in to MJ for repairs. Not looking forward to the headache involved and wish I had made a different choice in sunglasses.

I have owned three pairs of this model and three times the lens cracked at the nosepiece. Each time I paid $40+$10shipping to have them repaired. If I stay with MJ I will try a different model. I have read similar feedback on many sites, yet MJ continues to sell this model and continues to make the consumer pay for a design flaw.

They keep breaking at the bridge where the eyepiece is. I've had three pair of this model do this, and I've treated them very well, not a single scratch on them. Thankfully, each has been within the warranty period although I do think Maui Jim would step up to the plate and do the right thing if they were past warranty. So far, customer service has been great to work with. I had a pair of Ho'okipa that broke too on the ear piece that MJ replaced, then I lost them, so I thought I would try these thinking the titanium frame would be stronger...wrong. Maui Jim lenses are second to none, but the frames have been suspect in two models. The last time the service technician told me if the same thing happened again (it did today) then I could trade them in on a different model. We'll see if MJ does what they said they would. Now I have to use my sorry Bolle's until I get the MJ's back. Does Maui Jim make a glacier glass?

After having my Ka'anapali sunglasses for a couple of years they developed a crack in the lens. I sent them, along with an older pair of sunglasses into maui jim service to have the lens replaced and to see if they could fix the other pair. They replaced both lenses in my Ka'anapali sunglasses and gave me a brand new pair of my older sunglasses for no charge. Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced. I won't buy another brand of sunglasses.

I've been blessed with being a pumpkin head. Big Asian head on regular sized body. Like putting sunglasses on a balloon. I've owned lots of sunglasses in the past, but now only buy Maui Jim. Actually have duplicates of the same pair. They are perfect for sitting in a hot boat off of Baja or working outside with sawdust and dirty blowing around. I've been hit by flying rocks as well as flying fishing lures. Probably saved an eye.

The service is all that they say it is. None finer. I've just received my Big Island glasses back and they did not charge me. I've had my Ka'anapalis worked on more than once and they always have really great service. For a guy that does not readily give out praise, they have my highest rating.

These were the first Maui Jim's I bought. I have sent them back 2 two times for replacement lenses, but I can guarantee that I will continue to send them back because I absolutely love them!

I bought these sunglasses last year and sadly lost them. I would give anything to have them back for the fact they were my most favorite sunglasses of all time! They were everything sunglasses could be! No question on buying them, if you are thinking about purchasing them, buy them now!
