I cut down trees for a living and wear these everyday! I am brutal on everything I own and these don't break! I have had them for 3 years and have had to replace the lens due to scratching, but they are tough glasses. When I forget them any other glasses are like wearing a brick on my face. The service from Maui Jim is also great. If you a breaking these often you may be part caveman!!!!!! Or just extremely careless in which case you should stick to cheap glasses.

I've enjoyed my Maui Jim wireless sport sunglasses for the past three years without any problems. The titanium bridge was not so resistant as the rest of the frame. I'm in the process of using the repair process and hopefully will be as good experience.

I really love the sunglasses, they are light weight and comfortable, and the clarity of the lenses is very good. However, my biggest complaint is the cracks that develop in the lenses on the connections to the bridge and bows. I am on my 3rd set of lenses already, and these are cracked, too. I will have to have them replaced again on MY dime. For the price, this should not happen. I will probably wait until the cracks are worse before submitting them for new lenses.

I sent in my Kapalua's because the lens was cracking where the screws enter and the nose piece had broken due to regular wear. These glasses are the best I've ever had. Better than my Costa Del Mars and Ray Bans. To top it all off the customer service department turned my repair around in less than 7 days with what seems to be a new pair of glasses. You guys not only have the best product, but what's most important, your customer service department is top notch. Namely Debbie. You guys and gals rock. THANKS!!

Iam wanting to tell you that the KA'ANAPALI style 501/502 are really easy to wear the weight is very little. they are very tuff and qaulity is bar none. thank you for offering such a fine product that to put it simple says I have arrived. I highly appreciate your service dept. again thank you

I love these sunglasses. They are my second kind of this style. They are light. They fit great and have great coverage. There is one small problem. If your hands are busy and you try to put these on with one hand, its impossible. They require both hands. But I will take the great over the bad!

I have owned my Maui Jim for eons. Had one problem due to carelessness on my part and service was helpful, fast and pleasant to work with.
Can never go back to another brand. They are great for the beach or for skiing. They are so lightweight I forget I have them on.
Styles are so versatile, they can make you look cool OR sophisticated.

If my title and nick don't say enough I will add more.
I received these MJ's Christmas of 05 and quickly turned into the best gift one could receive. I never wore sunglasses till these and will never were another pair again. Very light weight you will forget these are on your head and wear them into the night. I also like the look of my 502's(02) reasonably small and compact on your face. Due to the light weigh titanium and the hinge less frame they stay on your head well. I m able to do standing back tucks without losing them.
Only downsides to these glasses is, they do not fold (unless secured in case).
They do get dirty quick, or at least its easy to notice due to frame less lenses.
The right side (Not sure what to call it, arm maybe) broke off one day.
(After 3 years or DAILY use) I took them into a Maui Jim retailer, not even the one I purchased from. They took care of everything and even gave me a loaner pair. Due to the light colored lenses you are able to wear these in low light situations (I.E. going into a store.)
Again These glasses are great if you have looked at other pairs and are now looking at these. Stop here I promise you will not be disappointed.
I will soon be buying a 'back up' pair.

As a single father I must watch my money very carefully
to the point I had to ask for the glasses as a gift.
The glasses are point blank the best I have ever owned.
I even had a problem with them and I sent them back for repair.
They were fixed no questions asked and they even returned them to me in a brand new case, I swear they gave me a NEW PAIR OF GLASSES INSTEAD OF REPAIRING THEM.
WOW WHAT A CLASS ACT THIS COMPANY IS!
I wish I could afford to buy another pair as I am on a very tight budget they are so AMAZING!
I will go so far as to save my money by not going out once a month to a movie so I can afford to buy another pair.
The quality is the best I have ever owned and I can only dream of my new pair which I should be able to buy in about a year it will be worth every penny. I am now hooked and will never buy a pair is sunglasse from any other company as long as I live. I can't wait for the day to be able to buy another pair.
All I can say is PERFECTION AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
don't waste your hard earned money on any other companies sunglasses
save up and get THE BEST.
