I bought mine 5 yrs ago and where recently stolen. They are the best sun glasses I ever had I will buy them again ASAP.

It is true tha the lense can break in the middle. The first time they broke was an accident, I dropped the glasses. I had Maui Jim repair my glasses for a great price. The second time my toddler snapped them in half. With all that being said these are the best sunglasses I've ever owned. The look super stylish and are great for driving or fishing. I use them everyday and plan to buy a new pair and have my old ones fixed again. After all these years (4). They still look brand new. Once I have the lense repaired again these glasses will look just great.

Totally in love with my Kula sunglasses!!! I've tried many other brands but I bought my MJs 2 years ago and I'm not going back!!!
Also the service and the warranty that they offer is simply the best!

Love all my Maui Jims! I have been purchasing them for many years, bought this pair back in 2005 when they were called "Shorline". I am currently sending them in for the lense to be replaced as it is cracking in the center. They have however lasted for more than 7 years through all my vacations. All in all they are worth every dime spent, can't get better lense clarity.

I really like the fit and style. But I had a problem with them cracking in the front - sending them in to be repaired - hopefully my glasses can be repaired.

I love Maui Jim Sunglasses and they are all amazing. I have so many different pairs and just signed up to have an account. I am on my second pair of Kula's and they seem to split easily right in the center of the glasses as both pairs I have now split right in the middle as far as the glass breaking.

They seem to last about six months then split and I have not seen the cause of either split but it may have something to do with the pressure on the curvature of the front. Great glasses but I wonder what can be done about that?

I love this style and fit. They are so trendy and I get compliments on them all the time. My only complaint is that the screws become loose after several months. I recently sent them back to Maui Jim to see if they could replace the screws or look for a possible defect. Maui Jim totally replaced the glasses, sent a brand new pair to me in under 5 days. Amazing customer service. The glasses were less than 2 years old and I absolutely love the style, so I am thrilled I have them back and able to enjoy them again.

Kula is my 5th pair of Maui Jim sunglasses. I have been wearing Maui Jim's for many years, since the 90's. There is no glare. The water doesn't leave a stain, I swim with them. They are so lightweight that I hardly know they are on bridge of my nose which is where I feel the most discomfort when glasses are on for a long time. I live in California and wear sunglasses year round and I will wear Maui Jim now and in the future.

I have been a loyal MJ fan for 15 years. I still have my very first pair, and every pair I've ever gotten afterwards. This is, by far, my favorite style. I LOVE the full coverage and the design. I baby my sunglasses--how else would I own every pair I've ever purchased (9 pair!).
This has a design flaw that gives me a sad. If they are knocked in just the right way, they break in the middle. Someone bumped my glasses off of a surface onto a carpeted floor--the drop was less than 18", and the glasses broke. VERY frustrating! Sadly, I'll likely get another pair because I do love them so much.
