I have the Kula in Rose. I couldn't be happier with them. They are great for cloudy days, or early/late in the day. They are lightweight and look great on. I also own a pair of Chanels which now sit in the drawer. I wish I would have bought the Maui Jim first. Maui Jim's are the best sunglasses that you will find.

Perfect Polarized Sunglasses

I was vacationing in FL and came across these sunglasses. I love them! This is my first pair of polarized lenses and they are amazing. The glasses are very comfortable and shorter behind the ear which makes them great for me. They are flexible and very stylish. I would recommend these sunglasses to everyone!

The first time i tried Maui sunnies i couldnt believe i had lived without them!!! I work every day in the sun and on the water. Nothing compares to the visibility and comfort of Maui...! Though ... this model i find is very wide and impractical for most basic daily activities.

the best sunglasses I have ever owned, purchased for myself in december 09 and I love, love, love them. they look like celebrity sunglasses but not just for looks, they perform as well. Blocking all nasty rays from your eyes and surrounding eye area. they are large and look like a million bucks.

I don't want to take them off!

I cannot say enough postitive things about these. I bought the bronze. When I wear them I don't want to take them off! I drove on a several hour trip just a day ago and just marveled multiple times throughout the drive at how much better everything looks (trees, flowers, grass & etc) with them on than with just my own eyes. The color and clarity is just absolutely incredible. I think they are great for high wind activities like boating and riding motorcycles. The large shield really keeps the wind out of your eyes and they don't blow off. As for the cracking several people have mentioned, I have had these for over a year and there is no cracking so far. Not so much as a scratch actually. I seriously hate when it gets dark and I have to take them off. They are lightweight, fit great, and look amazing. I was reluctant to spend this kind of money, but sooo, soooo glad I did. I would buy them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to everyone. I actually make all of my friends look through them so they can see why I love them so much. There is no squinting while wearing these, they totally eliminate glare. I wish I'd discovered them sooner, I bet I'd have fewer wrinkles around my eyes.

Great but has problems

I love my pair of Kula's! It's a great pair of sunglasses that gives great eye protection. A little heavier than other Maui's I have but that's expected with the bigger frame. The one problem I have is that a screw fell out that attaches the lens to the frame.

THE best sunglasses!

My husband gave me the Kula in bronze for Christmas and I love them! I had to get use to the full lens at first, maybe why I thought was a little heavy, but after a few weeks they didn't bother me at all. I can't say enough about the clarity. Simply the best I've ever owned. My face is a little narrow and I don't seem to have the problem of them being too wide. I have spent lots of money on other designer sunglasses and they pale in comparison (and sit in the drawer)! If you have sensitive eyes, these are the way to go. I have always had problems and this is the first pair I've had that don't ever bother me. I've always heard if you wear Maui Jim, you'll never wear anything else. I have to agree!

I have been wearing Maui Jim's for 10 plus years and I love this frame and have it in two colors. I get compliments all the time and have everyone try them on so they can see what they are missing. I now see the Honolulu and have to check those out as well. Mahalo
