I had bought these and about two weeks later I hadf an apt with my eye doctor. As soon as he saw them he started talking about what good care I take of my eyes. I guess I must have had a question mark over me head as he then said I see you are waering "MAUI JIM'S" then I undetstood. He said that these are in his opiniom the best sumglasses made

This along with the along with how clear everything looks when I have them on.... well lets just say everything POPS... you have to wear them to understand...

WOW is all I can say... buy a pair and see for yourself

The Lagoons are my favourite pair of Maui Jims. I love the size of these, and I love that I can wear these all day without getting a mark on the bridge of my nose!
I recently lost these sunnies after 2 years of owing them, and I'm going to go out this weekend, and buy exactly the same pair!

I have two pairs of the Lagoon style Maui Jim's. One pair is black with a grey lens, and the other brown with an amber lens. The brown pair broke, so I looked around for a new pair of glasses, which is when I purchased the black pair. Since then my wife tried them out when I left them in her car. She is now hooked as well. She has a nice pair of polarized sunglasses, but the quality of the lens can not touch these ultra thin Maui Jim's. I just sent the brown pair in for repair, so I will be giving one of them to my wife. The customer service was fast and courteous, and repair price was outstanding. This is a great product from an excellent company.

Using my Maui Jim sunglasses when at my dropzone, it surprises met and my fellow skydivers time and time again how clear we can see all jumpers in the sky. Opened parachutes appear to come detached from the background and the vibrant colors of most canopies really come to life with these Maui Jims. Not only are these perfect in really sunny conditions, in lower light settings you can already use them and they immediately start relaxing your eyes.

I can absolutely recommend these sunglasses.

I just got mine today and did not know how much of the world I was missing with my other sunglasses!! I love, love, love them. Just like my husband told me I would, I did have another brand and since he got his he has been driving me crazy just to try them. I really hate to let him know that he was right, this time!! You will love them if you try them!!!

Bought these glasses today, and I love them. Already had a pair of stingrays w/ the dark lenses but wanted something with a tortoise frame and a lighter lens color. Maui Jim says these are for men (same with the Stingray), but they fit wonderfully and look goo and my finace thinks they look pretty good, too! As always great optical quality from Maui Jim and the fit and finish are first rate. The only brand of glasses I can try on consistently whenever I shop every couple of years, and the glasses don't feel like they sit crooked or squeeze too tight. Love the shape of the Lagoons and the tortoise is a really attractive color. Thanks, MJ for now my third pair over the last 10 years or so!

I've just received my first pair of Maui Jim sunglasses (the Lagoon) and I'm amazed at the clarity of vision and how comfortable they are to wear. I drive a lot and find that with my other sun glasses, which cost my over $250 I had sun glare and difficulty seeing things when the sun clouded over and then came out again but with my Maui Jim's I get non of this in fact it's like it hi-light's what sun is left to aid ones vision,also with the shape of the Lagoon's which curves around your face it stops any light gettingt in to ths sides of your eyes.Am amazing and excellent product I can highly recommend.5 stars + from me!

I will never buy anything but maui jims. They have the best optics ever.
I work for a eye doctor and have worn many different brands but these are the best by far. They have the best lab for prescription sun wear also, they may cost a little more but believe me it is more than worth it. Try them you will not be sorry. I know I sound like a comerical but they are the best.

A friend of mine just bought a pair of mauis when he was on his honeymoon in Hawaii in October. He raved about them. My husband and I were on honeymoon and he bought a pair. I loved his so much that I went to the store the next day and bought myself a pair. They are awesome! !!!
