Whether your sunglasses need a quick fix or major overhaul, our repair centers offer fast turnaround, low cost repairs, and warranty service.

Please note: All repairs require a $10 (non-refundable) processing fee plus applicable taxes.

When sending your sunglasses in for repair, be sure to include:
Proof of purchase. If this is not available please note where and when you purchased your sunglasses. Maui Jim is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please package your sunglasses securely and use a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or U.S. Postal Service (registered or insured).

NOTE: Repairing Prescription Sunglasses - RX lenses that are damaged or need replacement should be returned to their place of purchase. Rx lenses cannot be replaced or remade through Maui Jim directly. However, if your prescription sunglass frame needs repair, please follow instructions above AND clearly mark "RX REPAIR" on the outside of the container.
