Both my wife and I recently returned a pair of our Maui Jim's for repair (broken frame on one and scratched lens on the other). Only a week went by and to our amazement we both received replacement glasses/lenses at no cost. There was even an apology letter for the delay in getting these back to us. This is truly Aloha service and we are now forever loyal Maui Jim customers and have been telling everyone these are the sunglasses to purchase. Mahalo to all at Maui Jim's.

I recieved these as a Corporate Gift a few years ago while on vacation in Puerto Rico. What a huge difference from the lesser-quality sunglasses I had brought with me! Extremely lightweight and comfortable compared to many other brands and not even a close comparison to any gas-station sunglasses. After living with these for about 4 years I did break them, in a car accident. Going a few months with cheap replacements that never felt right wasn't cutting it. A co-worker printed a Maui Jim Replacement Form at work, so I inquired and he assured me they have some of the best repair/replacement policies out there. I called, filled out the order form, sent the check. All said and done for about $50 and a week of waiting, I've got back the BEST pair of sunglasses I've ever owned.(Same lenses, new frame). Overall, High Quality Product and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Carla was a pleasure to deal with. Highly Recommended company to do business with :)
