Great Sunglasses but

I purchased my Maui Cat III Bronze/HCL in the middle of summer in Phoenix and love it. But the AR coating on the back side is easily scratch-able on my frame. My original pair was sent back under warranty for a small pit in the front but in less then 2 months the repaired/replace lenses have been scratched again, this time on the back side. I really think the back side coating is sub Maui Jim standard.
I don't see much distinction in the light when I wear them, but I can see the scratches on the back easily when I take them off.(Posted on 11/28/12)

Great sunglasses!

I purchased my Maui Cat III sunglasses about 8 months ago and wear them constantly. These replaced a pair of Costa's that I had for about 5 years, and I don't regret replacing them with these Maui Jim's. Although not ideal for wearing in the water, they are great glasses to wear on the beach or on the boat.

I bought these sunglasses to add to my Maui Jim collection, and was very impressed which was no surprise. I bought them because this frame is currently in style. Not only do they look good, they feel perfect on my face and the colors are amazing! I love wearing these glasses and would recommend them to anyone!

These are fantastic, retro look, lightweight and polarized I couldn't ask for more. They fit perfectly, and the rubber finish is perfect since i tend to sweat a lot. Im a big fan of the Wayfarers but can't wear them because of the tilt design, instead I bought these to try them and I'm 100% satisfied, I'm so happy with these i bought a second pair in polished black. Thank you Maui Jim for making these shades UNIQUE.
