I saw these at a sunglass store and remarked that it had been over 10 years since I had been able to wear any stylish glasses because of my prescription. Maui Jim opened a whole new world for me. Theses glasses are very stylish and the prescription is clear. They cover the side also. I use them for everthing outdoors and sometimes even indoors. The price for prescriptions may cause some hesitation, but I'll attest to the quality and service from Maui Jim.I expect that these glasses will last for many years to come. If you wear prescriptions and are considering these, by all means get a pair. You will not regret it.

I am very picky when it comes to my sunglasses. this is my second set of maui jims, and i was not let down. these glasses fit perfect, and i never find myself squinting, no matter what the sun conditions are.

Perfect clarity and fit.

Price is high, but worth it.

I tried on Maui Jims years ago but didn't buy them. I've always remembered how bright and clear they were so when I recently broke my latest glasses I again went and looked at Maui Jims. The Peahis were perfect with the larger frame size (to fit my slightly larger head!). They felt a bit heavy at first, but I quickly got used to that and like the feel now.

When you put them on, it's like flipping on a HD televsion. The world suddenly brightens. I've had them for over a month now and I still find myself smiling when I leave my house and walk into the sunshine with my Maui Jims. I live on the Gulf Coast of Texas where I spend my time surfing and fishing. I've always wore polarized glasses but the clarity on these are superior to any I've had before. I got to try them fishing the other day and not only can you see "into" the water, but you see deeper with much more detail.

The large lenses and frames keep the sun out and offer protection even from the sides. The fit keeps them in place and there is no sliding even when your working up a sweat. The hinges allow them to open wide so you don't have to worry about breaking them if you pull them off quickly. Not only do they protect my eyes and brighten my world, my wife says they look good too!

I have had my Peahi Maui's now for about a year and half. It is said that if something survives in my care then it is worthy of being tough. I have been wearing Maui Jim's for 6 years and have never had a pair last as long as these from either loosing them on whilst on the yacht. I was assisting a friend and had a pipe swing around with forceful contact to my eye. Needless to say the glass lens saved my eye from the sharp edge of pipe. Being the second time wearing Maui's has saved me.

Being a truck driver for the last 25 years, i have been through a few pair of sunglasses. I purchased these Maui Jims and was so suprised at the comfort and view through these glasses. I would recommend them to anyone. Only one brand for me from now on.

I have never had a pair of sunglasses until these. I was actually in Maui on my honeymoon when I bought them. First pair that has actually fit my face. Maui sun is brutal no matter what you are doing and these things were amazing. Not only did they stop the sun but they made every color sharper.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Maui Jim. These glasses literally changed the way I see the world- for the better!!

I urge anyone reading this review to get a pair ASAP. I'm not the type of person who flippantly recommends products. I tried every major brand of sunglasses, and these are hands down the best. Why? They block the must aggressive sun - leaving your eyes relaxed and at ease. They bring out the true color of nature - leaving me with a beautiful view of the world. Lastly, they look really cool!!

I hope you purchase a pair and enjoy the world through Maui Jim!

MJ replaced one of my lenses at no charge (less shipping) and they were returned to me in 2 weeks.

These are by far the best sunglasses I've ever owned. (I've owned most major brands at one time or another). They fit extremely well, cut down the glare, and protect from the wind. I fish with these in Colorado and Wyoming and they are so comfortable that I can wear them all day with no issues.

purchased a pair of Peahi 3 months and find them a stylish sun glass with excellent lenses. The down side is they're a little heavy to wear comfortably for an extended length of time. It's summer time here in new zealand with high humidity making heavier glasses weigh heavy on the bridge of my nose.

I own several pairs of MJ's because they're in my mind the best out there for sun protection and style. Just Taylor your needs to the glasses, which is easy to do with maui jim having such a huge selection.

Peahi's are best for non sweaty activities, fantastic for driving, hanging out relaxing on the beach
