Bought these glasses 3 yrs ago in Mexico. My wife almost freaked when i told her the price. I have never spent this much on shades before. 3 yrs later I still have them. I love these glasses. All the sports I do, I forget I have them on. I am sending them in for lense replacement. Maui Jim has a great program. Can't wait till I get them back!!!!!

I experimented a lot of sunglasses from Maui Gim and other Big Brands..
Certainly Maui Gim is the best one specifically the SANPAR,, after i lost it it didn't thought in any other company after the Sandbar i bought AKONI and know im having the PEAHI they are the best sunglasses that i bought ever in my life but specifically the best of those is the SANDPAR. I lost it and im thinking in buy other one again.
...Recommend it for any one its fits on his face...

I'm glad to knowing Maui Gim..

Very lightweight with durable polycarbonate lenses. These wear very well and are great for activities. The rose lens ins't as dark as my other Mau Jims, which is good.

They aren't receiving 5 stars only becasue the rubber earpiece slips off when everything is hot an sweaty. They need to be redesigned and secured on the frame somehow.

Maui Jim service and commitment is why I'll keep coing back to Maui Jim. I've had several pairs and have always gotten great (no, fantastic!) service for broken lenses due to my fault.

Funny that another reviewer mentioned the ear pad slides off easily on this model, since that is why I am visiting this site -- to get a replacement ear pad since mine is lost (actually slid off while I was wearing them & I didn't notice until taking them off). We'll see how speedily their service dept. responds...

I do love these sunglasses & miss not being able to wear them right now. The lenses are incredible, and the wrap style provides great sun/wind protection. This particular model fits a narrow face very well, wrapping around the temples without much protrusion.

I own several different styles of Maui Jim's and I'm in lust with all of them.They are the best quality sunglasses on the market. The price is fair and your service depatment is outstanding. If I could afford to buy another pair of your sun glasses I would get the SundBar 511 02 Gunmetal / Neutral Gray. LOVE the new looks and hopefully one day soon I'll be able to afford them.

I purchased the Sandbar H511-16 Gold/HCL Bronze. My first pair of Maui Jim's and love them! When I play golf which is once or twice a week, I can clearly see the direction of where I hit the golf ball. I wear contact lenses and almost always wear sunglasses when outdoors but many times my cheap sunglasses did a terrible job at blocking out the glare. I also enjoy the way they feel whenever I go jogging. (light, no glare, wrap around the sides of my eyes to block out the sun, easy to put on and off, look stylish, block out the wind) When my friends hold these sunglasses they say that they feel too heavy to jog in, but when when actually put them on they all say that they feel light.

Because they block out the glare so well, of course I use them for driving all the time! I can't wait to someday buy my next pair of Maui Jim's. I haven't had any problems losing any parts.

This is my first pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses, and definitely not my last!! They fit my head perfectly, and they are the lightest pair of shades I've ever owned. No matter which brand I buy, I make sure that the lenses are ploarized... The Maui Jim Polarized lenses blow all my other lenses out of the water... Thanks Maui Jim!!!!

they are the best of the best, the best service, the best polarized lens, and also comfortable and very light, now my eyes can rest and also,
