At Maui Jim, your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from www.mauijim.com, you may return it for credit or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
Do you offer prepaid return shipping?
With every purchase via www.mauijim.com, a prepaid return shipping label is provided for your convenience.
What is the return process?
1.) Complete the return form on the front of your invoice, indicating the items you are returning. Be sure to note the quantity, whether you want a refund or exchange, and the reason.
2.) Specify the items you would like in exchange.
3.) Package your goods in the original box or a sturdy container.
4.) Affix the prepaid UPS return label provided to the box and mail.
When will I receive my credit?
If the original purchase was paid by credit card, you will be credited for the returned items and taxes (excluding delivery) upon receipt of your package. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.
How am I billed for exchanges?
Your credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If your item is backordered, we will contact you.
What if I received the sunglasses as a gift?
If you received your merchandise as a gift, it may be sent back for exchange only. Again, please complete the return information on the back of the invoice indicating what you are returning and what you would like in exchange. If the cost of the replacement is higher than the original purchase, please provide your credit card information. If the replacement item is less than the original, the difference will be refunded to the original purchaser. Please also provide your contact information -- should the item be on backorder, we would like to notify you.
Is it faster if I order the replacement items by phone?
Yes! To receive your replacement items, please call customer service with your exchange order. We will process your order and charge your credit card accordingly. Then, return your original purchase for refund/credit utilizing the invoice.
