WARRANTY POLICY

Maui Jim Sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for two years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship. Maui Jim will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping cost. The repair will generally be completed within five days and returned via US Priority Mail. Any sunglasses returned during the warranty period must be accompanied by the following:

  1. Original proof of purchase is required. Include a dated copy of the original sales receipt with your returned sunglasses.
  2. $8.95 (U.S. Dollars) for return shipping & handling (Additional charges may apply for shipping outside the U.S.)
  3. A brief note indicating how your sunglasses broke.
  4. Include your name, phone number, and address in the event that we need to contact you. There may be additional charges if your repair is not covered by Maui Jim's warranty.
