"Wiki Wiki" means "hurry quick" in Hawaiian. Featuring MauiGradient lens treatment in a full-frame lightweight metal, wiki wiki or you may miss out on all the beauty PolarizedPlus2 lenses can offer!

Perfect for: Formal events or active casual — lens treatments and frames are saltwater safe

Design: An updated aviator, shown to be a superior choice for wind, sun, glare and UV protection as it covers the complete periphery of the eye

Shape: Modified aviator frame complements smaller to medium faces

Care: Maui Jim case and cleaning cloth included

Lenses

Proprietary MauiGradient Lenses: MauiGradient features a darker coating at the top that gradually gets lighter moving down the lens. So an appropriate amount of light is allowed to filter through certain areas, while less in places where protection is paramount. This lens offers all the color boosting benefits of our PolarizedPlus2 technology, while eradicating 99% of glare and blocking 100% of harmful UV rays.

Neutral Grey: Perfect for especially bright, direct sunlight. Offers rich color and contrast along with the highest available light production, unlike ordinary grey lenses that flatten light evenly across the spectrum.

HCL® Bronze: For everyday variable conditions, from full sun to overcast. Provides excellent contrast. Great if you love a warm, subtle bronze tint.

Maui HT™: High-Transmission for times when most lenses would be too dark — sharper contrast and more vibrant color for early morning, late afternoon and foggy days. Heightens contrast and depth of field so that low light is perceived with new vibrancy.

PolarizedPlus®2: In every pair of Maui Jims you’ll find our patented, color-infused lens technology that wipes out 99.9% of glare, 100% of harmful UV and boosts color via specially designed lens treatments. So your view is clearer, with crisper contrast and amazing brilliance.

Maui Evolution®: When you need an everyday lens for your active life, look to the lens that fuses the best properties of SuperThin glass and polycarbonate. Extremely lightweight. Scratch- and impact-resistant. Patented lens treatments bring the world’s true colors to life. With the high-performance optics you need to keep up with your outdoor sports.

CLEARSHELL® Scratch Coating: A proprietary, silicone-based hard coat that protects your lenses. Glass is naturally scratch-resistant but Maui Evolution and polycarbonate lenses perform better longer with the added durability of our optically correct Clearshell. Applied to front and back of the lens.

These glasses fit really well. You can wear them with a smaller face, like I have, or a more round face like my boyfriend has. Casual or dressed up they rock!

Great Sunglasses, if they just came in non-Gradient!

I love MJ's, I have owned several pairs but unfortunately their newer models with stylish medal frame seem to be coming only in Maui Gradient lens. For those with sensitivity to light its a total deal breaker. They don't provide anywhere close to the protection of the traditional bi-gradient lens in frames like the Akoni. Please MJ give us an option on your new stylish frames to choose between Gradient and the traditional bi-gradient lens!!

If you don't have sensitive eyes, or sensitivity to light I highly recommend the Wiki Wiki.

I fell in love with my first pair of MJ Cliff House. The best remarkable glasses. I HAD to get another pair in the silver frame since my first is in Gold/Bronze. . One thing I love about MJ is their arm's flexibility since I have a larger than average head. These fit nicely but seem to slide even after adjusted at the specialty shop. These are lightweight and lenses make everything clearer. The fact that they slide make it harder to keep looking. I have to touch to make sure they don't fall off which can distracting. If you wear certain hair products like leave in conditioner or hair serum like "frizz ease" be prepared to clean the lenses often. Any type of residue seems to largely impact the effectiveness of these. Overall these may be the perfect glasses for someone.

Fashion First

I am an eye care professional for an optometrist in OH. The Wiki Wiki is a recent personal purchase and also a good seller in the office.

This frame has a modern sleek look to it that can be worn and fit to most people. Comfort seems to be the number one review I get from my patients, it's very lightweight.

Then only downside I would say about this sunglass is that the optical clarity is not as great as some of the other Maui Jim sunglasses.

It consists of the Maui Jim Gradient polarization which means the color of the lens fades as you move to the bottom of the lens. Makes it good for reading and/or checking your telephone.

A smart idea that Maui Jim incorporated is that this lens is polarized 99% from the top to the bottom of the lens, regardless of fade in tint. But for bright sun conditions you don't really get the relief as some other solid polarized tinted sunglasses.

This sunglass is still good for everyday wear. However, if optical performance is the number one priority I would recommend viewing some other Maui Jim sunglasses on the market. Especially ones that are not Maui Jim Gradient lens.

This is great for your fashion forward person!

I was usually a RayBan buyer until I heard all of the great reviews of Maui Jim. I am so glad I bought this pair! They are super lightweight and prevent headaches. Also, this polarized lens is incomparable to others!

I've always been an Oakley guy... until I tried on a pair of Maui's while vacationing in, well, Maui! Style aside, these are easily the best pair of sunglasses I've ever owned. I got prescription silver with nuetral grey. The visual acuity and beauty of these lenses are amazing. Put them on and they make your world pop! I compared these to my prescription black irridium polarized oakleys, and wow, the Maui's are just better. No color distortion and just a clearer, crisper view. These glasses are so light and comfortable, I forget they are on! They are also very stylish. My only complaint would be the cost, but I guess the best sunglasses on the planet dont' come cheap. If you got the $$, just get them, you will not be disappointed.

These are the best sunglasses I've ever owned. Stylish and perfect for round face types. Have wanted aviator style sunglasses for years, but traditional shape doesn't work with my round face. These have just the right amount of squareness to the frame, while still looking like an aviator.
Not good for extreme sunlight and sporting situations, but I have other MJ's for that.
