Our Two-Year Limited Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Maui Jim or one of Maui Jim's Authorised Retailers. On Amazon.com, Maui Jim's Authorised Retailers include Amazon itself (identified by the product being "Sold by Amazon.com"), Sunglass Hut and Zappos. Maui Jim does NOT authorise any resellers on eBay, Walmart or other third-party marketplaces. Any Maui Jim products sold through these platforms are unauthorised and may not be genuine. If you're unsure whether a seller is authorised, we recommend checking our list of approved retailers or contacting us directly.
Some sellers offer Maui Jim products through unauthorised channels and retailers. These items are typically not sourced directly from Maui Jim or our official partners. Instead, they are obtained through unreliable third parties without our knowledge or approval. Due to their uncertain origin, unknown storage conditions, lack of quality control and questionable business practices, products purchased from unauthorised retailers are not covered by the Maui Jim Two-Year Limited Warranty. Maui Jim products sold by unauthorised retailers may come from the secondary grey market and may be counterfeit, defective, refurbished, stolen or previously used. There is a significant risk that you will receive sunglasses that do not meet Maui Jim's quality or performance standards, and delivery times may also be considerably longer.
Like many premium brands, Maui Jim products are copied and sold at heavily discounted prices, often with poor quality. They do not meet Maui Jim's manufacturing standards and are not covered by our manufacturer's warranty.
