Repairs

We are happy to offer repair service on accidental damage as well as for warranty repairs.

How it works:

  • You can order most nose pads to be shipped directly to you free of charge in the repair form (below).
  • Frame, Lens and Temple damage need to be shipped in to our repair facility for service
  • Please fill out our easy repair form (below) to start the step by step process of getting your sunglasses in for repair
    • All repairs are inspected for warranty coverage prior to any charges being processed.
  • Prescription Sunglasses and Eyeglasses may require repairs to be processed through one of our Authorized Optical Retailers. Proceed with the repair form for details.

  2. Package sunglasses securely with Repair form.
  3. Send sunglasses to us for repair.
  4. Once received, a Repair Technician will contact you to discuss and finalize your repair.

Please package and send your sunglasses securely. We recommend using a traceable service when sending your glasses. Maui Jim is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
