Great glasses, cheap case
The sunglasses themselves are fantastic—great quality and very comfortable. I’ve been buying Maui Jim for around 15 years, and the cases have always matched the premium feel of the glasses—until now. The new case feels cheap and flimsy compared to what they used to offer, which is disappointing for such high-quality glasses at this price.

Tighter than in the past...
I've been buying the ho'okipa model for a very long time. They fit my big, round head just right. At least that was the case up to the pair I just bought. They are tighter and more curved. I can see where they may technically be the same size, but the shape is different and it's uncomfortably tight. I suppose I can try to take them to an authorized dealer to have them fitted better, but unless they heat them up and actually bend them, I don't see how they're going to feel "right." Every other pair I've bought (at least six) have fit well out of the box without needing any adjustment.

I have had about 5 or 6 pair over last 30 years. They are consistent with quality as ever. Once you go Maui you won't wear any other brand.

My all time favorite sunglasses.
I love these glasses. I've owned about 4-5 pairs over the years and I always come back to these. I spent a year deployment working 12-14 hours a day, and these are very light and the lenses are great.

They’re pretty but…I wasn’t expecting such lightweight plastic for the price they cost. They’re so lightweight I’m scared to wear them they feel very fragile. I wouldn’t recommend these as everyday sun glasses.
Next time I’ll be sure to go to a store to see and feel the glasses before I buy.

Great glasses, however the MJ virtual assistant said they were RXable and so did my optician. It turns out they are not RXable.

I love these glasses so much! They are comfortable, wrap around just the right amount, and the view is amazing. I am so happy with them. I have worn Maui Jim glasses for many years. The customer service is exceptional.
