Products from Unauthorized Sellers

Some sellers offer Maui Jim products through unauthorized channels and retailers. These items are typically not purchased from Maui Jim or our official partners. Instead, they are sourced through unreliable third parties without our knowledge or approval. Because of the uncertain origin, unknown product storage and quality controls, and questionable business practices of unauthorized dealers, products purchased from them are not eligible for coverage under the Maui Jim Two Year Limited Warranty.

Maui Jim products sold by unauthorized dealers may be purchased on a secondary "gray market" and may be fake, defective, refurbished, stolen, or previously used. It is highly likely that you will receive sunglasses that do not meet Maui Jim's quality or performance standards, and that it will take much longer for your products to arrive.

Counterfeits

Beware of Counterfeit Maui Jim Products

Maui Jim, like many premium products, are being duplicated and sold, typically at drastically reduced prices and poor quality. These items may appear authentic online and may be using our photography without consent to confuse consumers. These products do not meet Maui Jim production standards and are not covered under our manufacturer's warranty.

If you experience this and would like to report a suspected counterfeit Maui Jim product or have questions concerning this issue, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-666-5602. You may also email us at customercare@mauijim.com. We appreciate your help in maintaining the integrity of the Maui Jim brand.

We work hard to safeguard our customers by taking action against unauthorized sales, but unfortunately, these sellers still exist. To ensure you receive genuine Maui Jim products and service, we recommend you make sure you're buying directly from Maui Jim or an authorized retailer. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
