Maui Jim sunglasses are distributed in the U.S. and around the world exclusively by Maui Jim and our carefully vetted network of authorized retailers and distributors. Our Two-Year Limited Warranty is only valid for items purchased directly from Maui Jim or from one of Maui Jim’s Authorized Retailers. On Amazon.com, Maui Jim’s Authorized Retailers include Amazon itself (indicated by Amazon displaying that the product is “Sold by Amazon.com”), Sunglass Hut, and Zappos.

Maui Jim does NOT authorize any resellers on eBay, Walmart, or other third-party marketplaces. Any Maui Jim products sold on these platforms are unauthorized and may not be genuine.

Products from Unauthorized Sellers

Some sellers offer Maui Jim products through unauthorized channels and retailers. These items are typically not purchased from Maui Jim or our official partners. Instead, they are sourced through unreliable third parties without our knowledge or approval. Because of the uncertain origin, unknown product storage and quality controls, and questionable business practices of unauthorized dealers, products purchased from them are not eligible for coverage under the Maui Jim Two Year Limited Warranty.

Maui Jim products sold by unauthorized dealers may be purchased on a secondary “gray market” and may be fake, defective, refurbished, stolen, or previously used. It is highly likely that you will receive sunglasses that do not meet Maui Jim’s quality or performance standards, and that it will take much longer for your products to arrive.

Beware of Counterfeit Maui Jim Products

Maui Jim, like many premium products, are being duplicated and sold, typically at drastically reduced prices and poor quality. These items may appear authentic online and may be using our photography without consent to confuse consumers. These products do not meet Maui Jim production standards and are not covered under our manufacturer's warranty.
